Description
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory, decent English verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages know would be an added advantage.- Understand customer needs: Listen attentively to customer concerns and inquiries, gather relevant information, and provide accurate and appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Document customer interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in our customer support system.
- Graduation, Good oral and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in MS excel & presentation skills, Ability to work as part of a team
- Additional skills preferred: Communication, Problemsolving, Adaptability
Salary:
₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
