Trivium Media Group is looking for a Business Development expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.

JOB TITLE - Business Development Executive

LOCATION - KOREGAON PARK, PUNE (ON-SITE)

SHIFT- 9am-7pm

WEEKLY OFF - Sundays and 2nd and 3rd Saturdays

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist Operations in the development of written policies and procedures to ensure optimal system utilization and administration
Excellent client's management skills and the ability to influence key POC from across the business.
Cross sector experience, having worked within a number of business units.
Ability to influence & engage a wide range of clients and industry.
Assessment and delivery of operational efficiency and productivity opportunities
Training, coaching and mentoring of frontline staff and leaders on Operational Excellence
Enablement of both Corporate and Business unit strategy.
Change management of implementation effort.
Research knowledge Delivery requirements and tools available.
Demonstrated achievement with process mapping, process control and improvement
Able to act as a Change Manager and champion change
Previous Operational Risk, Business Improvement, Operations, Quality Assurance experience ideally within a retail environment FMCG
A bachelor's degree, preferably supplemented by an MBA or Masters
Significant handson practical improvement / transformation experience gained.
Demonstrable experience and track record of business improvement with Lean, Lean Six Sigma, BPR or similar tools delivering clear bottom line results
