Designation:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Endtoend sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
  • Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties
  • Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
  • Achieving a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills are written and verbal.
  • Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
  • Energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and Confidence

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance
  • Goalbased autoappraisals and promotions every 3 months, with10% hike on each goal crossed

Salary:
₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
