About the jobDesignation:
#Investment Manager#Senior Investment Manager#Portfolio Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Endtoend sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
- Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties
- Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
- Achieving a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills are written and verbal.
- Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
- Energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and Confidence

- Goalbased autoappraisals and promotions every 3 months, with10% hike on each goal crossed

Salary:
₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
