Responsibilities:


  • Liaison with Data Center Support team
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory topology, and related features, in a complex, multi site and/or multidomain environment
  • Planning System infrastructure requirements
  • Develop automation using PowerShell Scripting to automate repetitive tasks
  • Monitoring and Managing infrastructure performance
  • Support Customers on issues related to System & Database
  • Review infrastructure logs
  • Implement system Changes
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures for troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets reported by service desk
  • Suggest and implement changes

Technical Skill

  • Good Knowledge on Azure Active Directory
  • Good Knowledge on Single Sign On
  • Good knowledge of VmWare administration
  • Knowledge on Cloud infrastructure
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration
  • Active Directory Administration
  • MS Exchange Administration
  • Prior experience of setting up Clusters/HA and DR Setup
  • Good knowledge of Linux Server Management
  • Basic System /Network Troubleshooting
  • Good Understanding of Intel based Hardware (Dell/HP Servers)
