Responsibilities:


  • Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Support employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
  • Help with performance management activities and evaluations
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in coordinating training and development programs
  • Help maintain HR records and databases
  • Support HR analytics and reporting tasks

Salary:

₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
