Title:
Assistant Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the HVAC industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and customer needs to drive product development and sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications:
B.tech (Mechanical) in HVAC or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of HVAC systems and components.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
