Title:
Assistant Manager - Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the HVAC industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and customer needs to drive product development and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications:
B.tech (Mechanical) in HVAC or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of HVAC systems and components.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.


Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
