A
Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the production process in a manufacturing or industrial setting. They are responsible for ensuring that products are produced efficiently and to a high standard of quality.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Plan and assign work to production employees
  • Monitor and track production progress
  • Identify and resolve production problems
  • Ensure that products meet quality standards
  • Oversee safety procedures and training
  • Maintain production equipment and facilities
  • Report on production performance to management

Requirement:


  • 1+ years of experience in a production environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Working knowledge in Building Materials
  • Experience with production planning and scheduling software
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles

Salary:
₹11, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
