EMPLOYEE OR EMPLOYEES MUST NOT SHARE/DISCLOSE ANY KIND OF INFORMATION OF THE COMPANY'S RELATED ACTIVITES TO ANYONE AT ALL TIMES, ALSO IF ANY OTHER PERSON IS TO BE KNOWN OR TAKEN PART OR COLOBERATING IN THESE ACTIVITES WILL BE CONSIDERED COMMITTED ACT OF TREASON.

IF FAILING TO DO SO WILL BE ENTITLED TO STRICT ACTIONS AS IT IS AGAINST COMPANY'S POLICY AND WILL BE RELIVED IMMEDATELY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE PERIOD AND WILL HAVE TO COMPENSATE THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY SHARING/DISCLOSING INFORMATION.



  • If any person
    outside office is asking you to share information employee must share the details/information of that person to higher authorities as soon as possible.
  • EMPLOYEE will be responsible to sign the
    NDA immediately during joining.
  • EMPLOYEE will be entitled to get
    uniform, use and maintain the facility provided by company all time during office hours.
  • EMPLOYEE is entitled to one half day of every month to be
    paid one.
  • EMPLOYEE should
    intimidate the immediate senior 1 month advance for long leaves.
  • EMPLOYEE's salary will be paid in between - 10th of every month.
  • EMPLOYEE will be entitled to paid
    training or any inhouse training provided by company (which is cost to company) before starting work.
  • EMPLOYEE will be entitled to
    BONUS after completion of 12 months, and will be paid on 13thmonth or during Diwali
    .
  • EMPLOYEE will be entitled to
    coupons related to Clothing, Holiday package, etc.
  • Company will organize picnic or trip and attendance/participation is compulsory for team building one will day's trip another for multiple nights.
  • Company will provide insurance policy up to
    3 Lakhs as part of CTC to employee.
  • Company will provide the hike per year ranging from
    5-30% as per performance of the employee.
  • EMPLOYEE should
    maintainthe decorum at all times. Failing to do the EMPLOYEE will be entitled for strict actions.
  • EMPLOYEE should prove its
    performancein 3 months' time by performing to it full capacity. Failing to do so will be entitled to be relieved immediately on 15 days'
    notice.
  • EMPLOYEE will
    notbe entitled to any Sick, Casual or Paid leave, all leaves will be unpaid leave.
  • All EMPLOYEE will get the
    loanof maximum of the whole CTC which will be recovered in 3 years of maximum time without interest after completion of 1 year.
  • There will be
    noadvance payment unless its family emergency like Hospital Bills and will only be entitled to one month's salary in advance.
  • EMPLOYEE will be responsible to reach on time in specified office hours which is 09:00 am. 15 minutes of delay will be acceptable up to
    3 times per month, if more than 3 times half day salary will be deducted*.
  • EMPLOYEE's club holidays like Saturday, Sunday, Monday, the Sunday's paid day will be deducted from salary.
  • EMPLOYEE shall
    pay the damage of company's property in full. Example laptop, mobile phone, uniform etc.
  • If any EMPLOYEE leaves company under 6 months, half cost of uniform will be deducted from its Full and Final Pay.
  • Employees will get new phone and Sim card from the company and they have to put their belongings and personal phone into assigned Locker.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
