Description
1. Responsible to welcome and greet the customers and understanding their needs.- Responsible to brief the products and its features with patience to the customers.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with the customers, suggest better products and confirm the orders.
- Responsible to assist them in billing and payment procedures /advance payment procedures.
- Responsible to inform about the new products and upcoming products to the customers.
- Guide them to warehouse to take delivery and ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to maintain the customer data including purchase details, orders etc.
- Maintain the customers details for reference and identify the reason for non-purchasing.
- During the material return or any damage claim, sales executive to be coordinated with Manager and resolve the same without any grievance.
