Description

Purpose of the Role:

To drive and support Sales Transformation initiatives through tracking and measurement of KPIs, creation of dashboards and driving critical GTM projects


Qualification & Experience:


  • Qualification: Graduate + MBA.

Key Deliverables of the Role:


  • Responsible for Data analysis
  • Handle projects on GTM Transformation
  • Execute SOPs for various Trade spends
  • Maintain and Validate Sales Masters
  • Maintain daily sales dashboard and other trackers
  • Provide data to STM team
  • Validate the data of different sources.
  • Focus on rural agenda like (stockiest target, New stockiest appointment, PSR PJP and rural masters)

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:


  • Proficient with working on extensive data using MS Excel (pivot/ Vlook up)
  • Team player
  • Soft skills to manage and work in Crossfunctional and cross divisional teams
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with Ambiguity, Self
