Description
Purpose of the Role:
To drive and support Sales Transformation initiatives through tracking and measurement of KPIs, creation of dashboards and driving critical GTM projects
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Graduate + MBA.
Key Deliverables of the Role:
- Responsible for Data analysis
- Handle projects on GTM Transformation
- Execute SOPs for various Trade spends
- Maintain and Validate Sales Masters
- Maintain daily sales dashboard and other trackers
- Provide data to STM team
- Validate the data of different sources.
- Focus on rural agenda like (stockiest target, New stockiest appointment, PSR PJP and rural masters)
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient with working on extensive data using MS Excel (pivot/ Vlook up)
- Team player
- Soft skills to manage and work in Crossfunctional and cross divisional teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills
