Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented telesales Representative to play a crucial role in our mission to provide cutting-edge medical products to healthcare professionals.

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales of our high-quality medical equipment and supplies.

We pride ourselves on a no-pressure sales approach, which means no daily targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calls B2B/B2C:

Conduct cold calls through tele sales to medical professionals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to introduce and promote our range of medical products.


Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs, timelines, and budgets.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling and customized sales presentations to showcase the advantages of our medical products.

Information Dissemination:
Provide comprehensive information about product specifications, pricing, delivery options, and any ongoing promotions or discounts.

Objection Handling:
Skillfully address objections and concerns to build trust and resolve issues.

CRM Management:
Accurately record customer interactions, update lead details, and manage follow-up tasks using our CRM system.

Sales Targets:

While we maintain a no-pressure sales approach, you will be encouraged to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas, allowing you the flexibility to focus on quality interactions over quantity.


Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and healthcare regulations to effectively educate customers.


Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Sales Experience:
Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or sales, particularly within the healthcare or medical equipment sector.

Communication Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts for diverse audiences.

Customer-Centric:
Customer-focused attitude with active listening skills and a genuine desire to help healthcare professionals.

Resilience:
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.

CRM Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Product Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of medical products and equipment is beneficial.

Self-Motivation:
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Team Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and share insights to enhance the team's performance.

Professionalism:
Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions.


Salary:
Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
