    What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Information Technology team?Design, develop and test to create quality solutions on time and within budget.

    To collaborate with business teams / functional teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.

    Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.

    Who are you...You are a Functional Consultant -Understand and apply Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities.

    Applying conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve highly complex business processes and procedural problems.

    Manage and/or perform the design, build and testing of business applications and its architecture in line with agreed time frames, business requirements and global standards.

    Maintain production systems reliability through correct utilization of IT standards and governance processes.
    Review program codes and suggest correction in case of any errors.

    You connect the dots -Support day to day business requirements according to global SLA.Ensure the proper use of information technology project management methodology to align with governance practices.

    You are a collaborator -Collaborate with business / functional team, develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation of project.

    Mentor and coach junior developer resources.
    You are an innovator -Conduct performance tuning to improve system performance over multiple business processes.
    Stay updated with the latest technological advancement.

    Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work and evaluate how / where it can contribute to the business.

    What you'll need...(Required)Graduate Engineer with 5+ yrs of Experience.
    Hands on experience in SAP Warehouse Management, Extended Warehouse Management & Logistic Execution.
    Hands on experience or knowledge of Warehouse Management (Central, decentralize, extended) in batch, handling unit managed scenarios.
    Should have One End to End Implementation experience in required area.
    Understand and apply information technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities.
    Maintain production systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and governance processes.

    Support day to day business requirements according to global SLA.Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to seek highly complex business processes and procedural problems.

    Deliver solutions to tackle business requirements considering priorities and resources availability.
    Ensure the accurate use of information technology project management methodology to comply of information technology governance practices.

    Collaborate with business and functional teams, develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.

    Ensure proper documentation of processes, knowledge acquisitions and transfers.
    Conduct performance tuning to improve system performance over multiple business processes.
    Stay updated with the latest technological advancement.

    Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work and evaluate how / where it can add value to the business.

    What you'll need...(Preferred)Should be able to work independently in the required area.
    Should have knowledge of the Integration with Other SAP Module.
    Should have experience in the managing the Ques.
    Experience in developing Functional specifications for using objects like user exits, BADIs, enhancements.
    Strong oral & written communication skills.
    Should have basis knowledge of Debug Skill.
    Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve problems logically.
    Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause.
    Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies.

    Hands-on experience in Warehouse Management, Embedded Extended warehouse management, Decentralize Extended Warehouse management and logistics and it's Integration with other Production Planning, Quality Management, batch management & material management.

    Knowledge/ Hands on experience of SAP Logistics execution (outbound, inbound delivery, shipment cycles) in batch managed scenarios.
    Knowledge of SAP applications like EDI interfaces -messages in procurement & logistics area, ABAP debugging.
    Good SAP technical architecture knowledge of connected systems including S/4HANA, Web methods or SAP PI etc.
    Knowledge on Database, Server and Operating Systems.
    Knowledge on new dimensional technologies like Machine Learning, RPA, Data Science.
