Roles and Responsibilities

The role is Permanent & Fulltime. Payroll is Third PartyJob Purpose / Role
Monitoring material from receiving to dispatch.
Adherence to daily Prepacking plan w.r.t Business needs & Manpower handling
Managing Order Processing wrt daily business plan
Ensuring Packing & dispatch of VOR & New Model Parts within stipulated timeframe
Achieve Operational Excellence by adhering the best practices of TPM and idea generation for Innovation at shop floor.
Training need Identification for Operators & Preparation of skill matrix, make efforts to upgrade the skill level

Key Responsibilities:

Adherence to daily prepacking plan w.r.t Open Orders & Releasable RM available.

Productivity achievement
Order Processing in SAP as per daily plan
Close Monitoring of VOR/New Model Parts & execution based on the orders received
TPM, JH circle awareness, CLIT, Tag, suggestion etc. practice adhering at shop floor
SOPs & Daily MIS preparation
Preparation & Participation in Audits on procedures /systems.
Training identification and Planning
Training matrix formation
Development of skill matrix and upgrade skill level of Operators
Manpower Handling
Tracking of team member absenteeism, AVS Updation.
Daily check for shop vs Time office on roll & ensure no gaps
