Job Description:

.Attend Incoming calls through Telephone or Web

  • Understand customer requirements on calls.
  • Allocating the leads to sales person.
  • Taking timely update of the lead allocated and action taken by sales team.
  • Giving timely report of the daytoday activities to senior.

Job Specification:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people on daily basis

Job Types:

Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
