Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effective inbound and outbound call handling to build up a relationship between the customer and service provider.
- Provide quick resolution to all types of customer related issues.
- Explain and Advice customers on prices, services, variables and options to assist customer in making decision.
- Regularly follow up with the customers/ service providers/ sales team.
- Maintain records of customer & service provider interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma Holder/12thpass
- 02 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi Languages.
- Good Communication and Written skills.
- Computer Literate and good telephone skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
- Self-Motivated, Multitasking, Quick learner.
- Should be comfortable with calls.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
