Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Effective inbound and outbound call handling to build up a relationship between the customer and service provider.
  • Provide quick resolution to all types of customer related issues.
  • Explain and Advice customers on prices, services, variables and options to assist customer in making decision.
  • Regularly follow up with the customers/ service providers/ sales team.
  • Maintain records of customer & service provider interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Graduate or Diploma Holder/12thpass
  • 02 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi Languages.
  • Good Communication and Written skills.
  • Computer Literate and good telephone skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
  • Self-Motivated, Multitasking, Quick learner.
  • Should be comfortable with calls.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
