Other laws like anti
- corruption laws, data privacy laws, commercial

Timely monitoring and completions of research templates,
coordinatingwith the affiliates and internal teams to do so, reviews etc.
Standardization of the work and increasing team quality / productivity
Good grasp of the legal regulations across the globe.
Actively provide feedback to researchers on research approach and output

for all client deliveries.
Creating and training teams to scale up the work while retaining the quality
Groom team members to reach their peak potential.
Supervise team members on daily basis to complete research projects
within deadlines.
Coordinate with management in determining research priorities and
developing research roadmap.
Other activities include, leading the execution of research projects,
selecting research methods, supervising the research team and presenting
research findings.
Proactively flag issues related to process compliance including non
- completion of tasks, errors and deviations from defined processes.
Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately.
Ensure training of team members and identify specific/periodic training
requirements for the team


Skills:

Keen interest and ability to do practical research
Good drafting skills, ability to review regulations and help interpret the
requirements/ intent of the applicable regulations
Ability to Interpret laws and regulation and drafting or summarizing the
articles
A team player and a collaborator with a strong bias for action and leading
from the front.
Ability to make presentations and participate in webinars, seminars and
exhibitions.
Top notch analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to walk the extra mile to meet deadlines
Time management and multi-tasking.
Aptitude for research is must.
Proficiency in English language is must.
Ability to interact with the affiliates of different countries
