Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and Ensuring
  • Fund Based & Non Based Credit Facilities of organization
  • Knowledge on URC522, UCP600, ISPB,URDG, INCOTERMS, and on other banking Rules
  • To perform checking of both import and export documents drawn under LC.
  • Good understanding of various swift message types
  • Inwards & Outwards payments.
  • Preparation of documents related to Export & Import.
  • Maintain accurate records of document verification activities, ensuring all necessary
documentation is properly recorded and stored.

  • Preparation of Pre & Post Shipments document.
amendments if any, Bank Guarantees.

  • D/A, DP, TT Shipment Instructions to supplier.
  • MIS reports on payment of buyers' credit/LCs retirement /DA/DP/TT Payments.
  • Handling and keeping track of Shipments under MEIS License and Duty Drawback Schemes, Rodtep and Rosctl, Advance License record and ensuring timely Closer of License.
  • Liasioning with and handling multiple Banks for Export related documents
  • E BRS & FIRC
(EDPMS & IDPMS)

  • Advise clients and internal stakeholders on various trade financing solutions, including
export and import financing, factoring, and trade credit insurance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and trade
partners to facilitate trade finance operations.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in trade documents and negotiate solutions with
relevant parties
