- Procuring new clients through direct contact, wordofmouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, wellgroomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goaloriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with A-Level Executives
- High school degree or equivalent
- Four years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Degree with 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
- Highly organized and detailoriented.
- Respect for people and ideas.
Salary Range :
₹30,000pm. - ₹40,000/- pm.
- 1+ Year / Fresher with excellent communication and presentation skills.
