Female Marketing Executive

What we expect

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, wordofmouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Neat, wellgroomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Emboldened by challenges.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goaloriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with A-Level Executives
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Four years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Degree with 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Respect for people and ideas.

Salary Range :
₹30,000pm. - ₹40,000/- pm.

  • 1+ Year / Fresher with excellent communication and presentation skills.
