Good Communciation Skill, Create a Positive Customer Experience, be responsive to inquiries and concerns, and go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

Understand Your Customers needs, Ability to work under pressure. This position include answering customer questions, providing customer service,

Should know how to prepare a report (i.e. Incoming Calls and Missed Appointments)
