Profile Introduction:


As a Retail Sales Executive in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the availability of products in retail outlets.

You will work closely with retailers, distributors, and internal teams to achieve sales targets, maintain relationships, and promote brand visibility.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Ensure products are prominently displayed and adequately stocked in retail outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to retail staff to enhance brand awareness and sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
