INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES / PAYABLE
Should be comfortable in
NIGHT & ROTATIONAL SHIFTS.

WALK IN INTERVIEW WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY
We are a logistics company based in Canada with inland and interstate trucking at its heart.

We are in close networks with Canadian Rails and Ports and pick up and return freight from/to either of these locations.

Our operations span Ontario, Montreal and US locations.

You will be a part of a 20 member team.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Coordination with customers for payment.
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis
  • All other related tasks & assistances where required.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • International logistics experience preferred.
  • Graduate and above with accounts experience may apply.
  • Fluency in English. No Mother Tongue Influence.


  • Proficient with MS

  • Excel and MS
  • Outlook.
  • 1 Year experience in any field.
  • Experience in AR / AP preferred
  • Bcom Fresher / BBA fresher also eligible
  • Accounts executive with similar experience can also apply
