Description

Daily:


  • Validation and Process of New customer in SAP [ check KYC documents, check data correctely fill in format by sales team if all ok than sent mail to team IT for opening the code after open the code again check in SAP and upload documents in SAP]
  • Daily sales tracker in specific format 1st hour of everyday without fail [ customized reporst as per needs of GM's]
  • Check daily Sales MIS of tableau if found any descrepency/updation co ordinate with tableau team to make it correct
  • Make dalily sales MIS in XL
  • Adhok reports [ GP reports, volume achivement flash report before 2 days of closing, COGS/COGM, Closing Stock etc.]

Weekly:


  • Weekly sales volume reporting [ Group Reporting]
  • Update ADC Sales in specific format
  • Check and update weekely presentation
  • Gross Profit reports

Monthly Group Reporting:


  • Monthly statistics [sales volume +1N] reporting [ Provisional + Final as per group calender]
  • Monthly TM1 sales volume reporting [ Provisional + Final as per group calender]
  • Monthly TM1 financial reporting [ Provisional + Final as per group calender]
  • Monthly Flash Result [ after finalization of result]
  • 3Month Fcst [ monthly]

Monthly Book closing and other activities:

  • Arrangement of Trade schemes spend, analysis of efficacy of schemes in terms of purpose.
  • Data share to sales team in specific format to make monthly claims
  • Co ordination with sales team for monthly provisional claims
  • Compilation of scheme provisions shared by sales team
  • Update Scheme evolution in specific format for all verticals
  • ADC P&L
  • MT P&L
  • Horeca P&L
  • Commercial Tree for HR
  • Primary Sales Master in specific format
  • Updation of Sales Data in LI format
  • YTD + YTG + Landing volume evolution
  • Validation of customerwise sales scheme / volume incentive [ GT+MT+Horeca] and update profitcentre wise in specify format and share to finance team
  • Close co ordination with finance team to knock off the cliams [ clerance of scheme and other commercial proposals]
  • Update MC parameter for tableau [ Monthly ]
  • Regular update Customer vs Sales executive mapping for tableau purpose
  • RSM wise Target vs Sales flash update from 20 th of every month to closing date
  • Updation and extraction of SPM,HRM,MPM in TM1 [ Actual+Budget]
  • Support function to Commercial controlling manager
