We are hiring for passionate, Sales Coordinator.
- As a Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts. You will play a pivotal role in the client interaction and onboarding potential clients. prime responsibility will be scheduling meetings between Sales Team and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- To engage in initial call with the prospect before passing the conversation to the respective stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with international clients to coordinate meeting schedules.
- Send timely reminders and confirmations to both clients and the Sales Manager to ensure attendance and preparedness.
- Efficiently manage calendars and schedule meetings with potential clients for the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to understand their availability and priorities for appointment scheduling.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with international clients.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple calendars and schedules efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and timely followups.
- Basic understanding of scheduling software and CRM tools for efficient appointment management.
