Strong knowledge and experience in handling Pharma, Haz, and general cargo shipments are required. This includes expertise in handling the specific requirements and regulations associated with these types of shipments.

Job Profile:

Prepare airway bills, house airway bills, carting documents, booking records, gate passes, and labels for daytoday air export shipments.
Coordinate with airlines for booking flights and obtaining flight details for shipments.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure the timely dispatch of postshipment documents and address any dispatchrelated issues.
Communicate the status of shipments to customers in a timely manner.
Proactively address and resolve issues with clients, airlines, and overseas branches.
Collaborate with the customs brokerage team and transport team to ensure the smooth movement of shipments, resolving daytoday issues promptly.
Arrange for new vendors for services such as palletizing, GSP/CEPA compliance, and registration.
Follow up with the accounts team to resolve accounting issues with airlines and billing. Prepare cost sheets for billing purposes and update data in relevant systems.
Continuously work on improving and organizing the processes involved in handling all export procedures, including timely billing, maintenance of various reports, and overall shipment handling.
Generate and send various reports, including AEF registers, increase/decrease reports, branch commoditywise reports, and revenue reports.
