Hiring for the position of Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive insights, and engagement opportunities.
Analyse social media metrics and insights to optimise content performance and inform future strategies

Influencer Management:

Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers in our industry to promote our brand and products.
Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation, content approval, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with influencers to develop creative and authentic content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor influencer campaigns and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders

Content Creation and Curation:

Stay uptodate with the latest trends in social media content formats and tools to continuously innovate and improve our content strategy.
Curate usergenerated content and leverage it to enhance our brand image and foster community engagement.

Community Engagement:

Actively engage with our social media followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foster meaningful conversations and build relationships with our online community to cultivate brand loyalty and advocacy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building. Additional Information
