Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services.

With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and V-RAN).


Skillsets & Requirements:

Knowledge on 5G SA and NSA technology:

-
Knowledge of beamforming technology, carrier aggregation, VONR and other aspects in 5G technology:

-
Optimization of complex 5G /4G network:

-
PCI planning, Neighbor planning, Parameter Audit:

-
Hands-on KPIs analysis like RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, Transmission mode, rank indicator, etc
:

-
Understanding Layer 3 messages:

-
E2E call flow
  • SA and NSA network:
-
Prepare optimization plan
  • Physical changes, basic parameter audit and corrections:
-
Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections:

-
Troubleshooting issues related to accessibility, retainability, mobility and load balancing in 4g/5G network:

-
5G Radio parameter finetuning

As part of our team, you will:

-
Lead the network optimization team to improve and maintain network quality of 5G network:

-
Guide the team in Parameters and other physical change during SCFT, cluster AT or Network AT:

-
Support Feature trial and implementation:

-
Support to Analyze site performance after integration through drive test measurements and/or OSS measurements, detecting eventual problems and recommending changes to fixing those problems:

-
Understand Customer problem, deep investigations and troubleshooting using various tools and techniques including root cause analysis:

-
Analysis of KPIs, neighbour relations, investigation, and improvement of network quality problems, implementation and tuning of new features:

-
Optimization plan to achieve contractual 5G OSS KPIs:

-
Troubleshooting KPI issues related to accessibility, retainability, mobility and load balancing in 4g/5G Network:

-
Optimization to improve Voice (VONR / EPS FB) and Data network performance KPIs through parameter audit and L3 analysis

Tools Knowledge:

-
Deep Knowledge and practice measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, XCAL/XCAP or equivalent)

  • Post Processing tools like Discovery, Actix, Analyzer, XCAP etc.
  • Experience on using and managing GIS tools like MapInfo

Other Skills:


  • Good Understanding on circle operations

  • Highly motivated and flexible to work according to the project need

Experience:


  • Minimum Experience of 12 years in radio optimization, with total experience of 1520 years
  • Leading a team of optimization engineers
