Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide guidance on property options based on their requirements and financial capabilities. Consider factors such as location, amenities, and legal requirements specific to Indian real estate.
Property Listing and Promotion:
Gather detailed information about properties available for sale or rent, including specifications, pricing, and legal documentation. Create compelling property listings and marketing materials targeted towards the Indian market. Promote properties through online platforms, social media, and local advertising channels.
Property Showings:
Arrange property viewings for interested buyers or renters. Showcase the property's features, benefits, and potential returns on investment. Explain the legal and regulatory aspects of property transactions in India to clients.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and government policies affecting the Indian real estate sector.
Conduct market analysis to determine fair listing or purchase prices considering factors such as location, infrastructure, and future development plans.
Negotiation and Transaction Management:
Assist clients in negotiating purchase or rental offers, considering Indian market dynamics. Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually acceptable terms. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and assist with paperwork, including property registration, documentation, and tax implications.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, including developers, investors, and homebuyers, to foster trust and loyalty. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the transaction process, addressing any concerns or queries promptly. Offer post-sales services, such as property management or resale assistance.
Networking and Marketing:
Attend real estate events, industry conferences, and property exhibitions to expand professional networks and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
Leverage local connections and collaborate with developers, banks, legal advisors, and other professionals to generate leads and referrals.Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on Indian real estate laws, policies, and regulations, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).
Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and local registration requirements for real estate agents.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Strong communication and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market and local property laws
Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms
Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
Ethical conduct, professionalism, and integrity

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
