Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through the agency channel
  • Recruit new agents and train them on our products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries and concerns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Attend training and development sessions to stay uptodate with product knowledge and sales
techniques

  • Submit regular reports on sales activities and progress
  • Graduate
  • Age : 24 to 3 2 Years of field sales experience
