  • Operational Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and execute operational
strategies in line with company goals.- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in different offices across Kolkata,

addressing any issues promptly.- Optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


Communication and Reporting:

  • Act as a liaison between the city operations team and the corporate office,
providing regular updates on key metrics and operational challenges.- Prepare and submit detailed reports to the corporate office, highlighting

performance, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.

  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all operational activities
meet the company's standards and regulatory requirements.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.


Problem Resolution:

  • Address operational issues and challenges promptly, collaborating with
relevant teams to find effective solutions.- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related
field.- 1+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the lending or

financial services industry NOT MANDATORY.- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
