We are looking for an Experience Customer Service Executive for international and domestic voice and non-voice processes


In this role, you will be expected to have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities at once.


Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner
  • Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Upselling and crossselling products and services as appropriate

Job Type:
Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹800,000.00 per year
