**We have opening for Inside Sales Executive(female): - **- Overseeing the customer service process.- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Inside Sales Executive Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Computer skills.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Hindi and English language is required.
Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
