FEMALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED - ACCOUNTS CUM OFFICE COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:


  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management
  • Maintaining salary sheet
  • Making credit notes and debit notes
  • Verifying bills and check TDS deduction
Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office specially MS Excel, and google sheet "backoffice" and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Typing speed >30wpm

Working Location :
Prithla, Palwal

Working time : 9am to 7:30pm Monday to Saturday
Both side cab facilities available

Salary :
in between 25k to 28k

Experience required :
min 3years


Salary:
Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
