Coordinate with various teams like Sourcing, sales, and Marketing to ensure exceptional customer service

  • Play an active role during various stages of customer engagement till sales closure and provide support on query resolution
  • Ability to make calls a day
  • Maintain accurate daily records on a CRM with proper adherence to the sales process and leadtracking mechanisms
  • Clarity in speech and voice modulation
  • Strict Adherence to daily checkin and checkout time
  • Ability to switch to a language the customer is comfortable with
  • Strict adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
