Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell our products and services.
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products and services.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints and answering customer questions.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends.
Collaborate with other sales team members to share information and best practices.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-4 years of telesales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies and products.
