    PositionOverview:
    Weseek an outstanding Product Designer dedicated to craftingdelightful customerfocused designs within our lending ecosystem.Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the endtoenddevelopment of user experiences.     Responsibilities:
    • Leadthe endtoend product design process from concept to implementationincluding user research wireframing prototyping and usabilitytesting.
    • You will collaborate with individualsfrom various departments and roles including product BD Growth Risk& policy and other crossfunctional teams activelyparticipating in identifying customer aspirations and aligning themwith business objectives.
    • Understanding theconsumer is paramount drawing insights from past experiencesresearch and market data to maintain a laser focus on the consumerthroughout the product developmentprocess.
    • Your responsibilities encompassdesigning products from wireframing to developing endtoend flowsand prototypes aiming to create solutions that are both elegant andintuitive.
    • By combining the strength ofanalytics and heuristics with cuttingedge consumer validationapproaches your approach is both intuitive anddatadriven.
    • Close collaboration with frontenddevelopers is crucial to deliver polished features and userinterfaces that meet the higheststandards.
    • Continuous iteration and innovationare key as you strive to push the design frontier to new heightsand advocate for usercentred design principles and best practicesthroughout the organisation.
    • Mentor juniordesigners and contribute to the overall design culture of theteam.
