Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to join our team.

As the SMM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various social media platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals
  • Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media channels
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns
  • Build relationships with influencers and manage influencer partnerships
  • Monitor and manage online reputation
  • Manage social media crisis communications

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lucknow,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
