Sales Executive - Kochi, India - Teckfore Interiors Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Understand clients' needs and propose tailored interior design solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our interior design products and services.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of our offerings.
Sales Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals.
- Work closely with the design team to create customized proposals based on client requirements.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and sales transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Continuously seek opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Knowledge of the interior design industry and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
