Sales Coordinator - Delhi, India - Shazia Rice
Description
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and sales-related activities.- Coordinate and facilitate communication between sales team members, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, providing necessary information or directing queries to the appropriate person.
- Maintain and update sales databases, reports, and spreadsheets to track sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of salesrelated materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the inventory or procurement department to ensure product availability for sales orders.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, or exhibitions as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
