As an Online Bidder in our Business development team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Is responsible for Business Development and Lead generation, market Research, up selling and cold calling.
  • Is responsible to Identify prospects through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Is responsible for effective contribution to revenue generation via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, etc.
  • Is responsible for cold calling to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients.
  • Is Responsible for Primary/Secondary market research.
  • Is Responsible for providing high quality services to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring prompt response in providing service information and pricing.
  • Is responsible for building and maintaining an accurate customer database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and service information.
  • Is responsible for Explaining or giving demo to the clients about our services.

Requirements and skills-

Freshers -
-
Must have excellent communication skills.

  • Must have excellent English written skills.
  • Must be Team player with an enthusiastic personality
  • Must have ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Must have basic knowledge of Digital marketing services.

Experienced -

  • Must have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive and bidding or in a relevant role.
  • Must have Proven International sales track record.
  • Must be comfortable with flexible shift timings.
  • Must have bidding experience on bidding platforms (up work, freelance, PPH, Guru).
  • Must have experience in managing the daily reporting & Tracking of assigned task.
  • Must be tax saver and proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Must have Proficiency in English and excellent communication skill.
  • Must have International Market knowledge.
  • Must have knowledge of strategizing, planning and implementation of business development tactics in coordination within given timelines.
  • Must work in rotational or flexible shift timings.

Salary:
₹12, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Mohali, Punjab (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Relocate before starting work (required)
