Designation - Key Account Manager (Work From Office)

Work Location - Delhi Okhla

Production Bonus - 10% of Fixed

Variable (Performance Based) - Based on your total revenue generated for the month.

No capping on Variable Pay.

  • EndtoEnd B2C Sales.
  • New Customer Acquisition.
  • Sales of Online Programs delivered by DataTrained.

  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
  • Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded.
  • Maintaining data and reports on a daily basis.

Must have skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
  • Approachable and vibrant personality.
  • Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
  • Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet
targets/deadlines.

  • Should be ready to work from Office. Shift timing 10am to 7pm


  • Working days

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.

Salary:
₹9, ₹35,378.69 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
