Description
CTC - 19 K pm Fresher (Female preferred with NISM VIII certificate)


Responsibilities:


Direct Responsibilities

  • Place orders in client's account with proper authentication
  • Initiates research ideas to the clients
  • Need to be updated with market news, financial trends, and current affairs
  • Need to do outbound calls after market hours of reactivation customers

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Brokerage revenues
  • Responsible for attending max inbound calls
  • Responsible for maintaining Proper quality while attending calls.
  • Responsible for placing maximum trades in client's account with accuracy.
  • Responsible for Reactivation of customers

Direct Responsibilities

  • Answer customer queries professionally through all the servicing channels and provide information / resolutions within the specified turnaround time.
  • Record and categorize all customer interactions.
  • Interact with internal department for query resolution, maintain regular followups.
  • Provide regular updates to the Customer for attempted open cases.
  • Adhere to the servicing escalation matrix so that specified TATs are achieved.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Keeping up to date with latest events in processes/ product.
  • Read and understood customer communications properly and respond to each point raised.
  • Checking all facts before sending out replies so that accurate information as per the company's policy and processes are disseminated to the customer
Technical & Behavioural Competencies

  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to read / listen and understand
  • Good interpersonal skills

Specific Qualifications (if required)

  • Graduation.
  • 05 years of experience.
  • Good written and Verbal communication skills

Job Types:

Pay:
Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
