Description
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads provided by the company.- Introduce and promote our real estate services to potential customers, highlighting the key benefits and features.
- Engage in persuasive and convincing conversations to generate interest and identify potential clients' needs.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, such as budget, location preferences, and desired property features.
- Provide accurate and uptodate information about available properties, pricing, and any promotional offers.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, prospects, and clients, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for interested clients to view properties or meet with our sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further sales processes.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the given timeframe.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hardcore sales, ideally within the real estate industry, is essential.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales effectively.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle objections and rejection positively.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recording and documentation of client information.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
