Description
Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales

  • Study each recipe and ensure proper outputs
  • Ensure smooth operations at all kitchens
  • Supervise Cooks and Guide them with example to lead the excelence.
  • Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
  • Ensure proper hygiene & cleaning at all Kitchens
  • Train staffs regarding work safety, Food Production etc
  • Must have strong hold on Continental & Indian cuisine along with Bakery Productions as well.

Salary:
₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

  • Chef: 9 years (preferred)
