Area Chef - Bengaluru, India - K hospitality - Global Kitchen
Description
Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales- Study each recipe and ensure proper outputs
- Ensure smooth operations at all kitchens
- Supervise Cooks and Guide them with example to lead the excelence.
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
- Ensure proper hygiene & cleaning at all Kitchens
- Train staffs regarding work safety, Food Production etc
- Must have strong hold on Continental & Indian cuisine along with Bakery Productions as well.
Salary:
₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month

Education:
