2. Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products.- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Excel Report generation will also be a part of the job.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
