Description
1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Tracking order progress
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Assisting colleagues and upper management with miscellaneous tasks.
Job Requirement
- Proficient MS-Office skills, particularly MS-Excel.
- Good communication skills, proficiency with English would be appreciated.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Salary:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
