In this role, you will be responsible for managing claims related to automobile accidents, including assessing damage to vehicles, investigating accidents, and negotiating settlements with claimants. They work closely with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to ensure that all claims related to automobile accidents are handled efficiently and effectively. This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards._

Responsibilities:_

- _Assessing damage to vehicles involved in accidents, including reviewing repair estimates and determining the cost of repairs._
- _Investigating automobile accidents to determine the cause and liability, including reviewing police reports and conducting interviews with witnesses._
- _Analyzing insurance policies and relevant laws and regulations to determine the scope of coverage related to automobile accidents._
- _Negotiating repair and total loss settlements with claimants and their attorneys, including conducting settlement conferences and mediations._
- _Coordinating with medical professionals and other stakeholders to manage medical treatment and expenses related to automobile accidents._
- _Providing regular updates on automobile claims to policyholders and other members of the claims team._
- _Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, such as claims adjusters, attorneys and clients, to ensure that all activities related to automobile claims are conducted efficiently and effectively._
- _Participating in departmental meetings and training sessions to stay informed about policy changes and new procedures._
- _Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all activities related to automobile claims are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations._

Qualifications we seek in you_

- _Any Graduate except technical_
- _Relevant experience in claims / handling rental insurance claims_
- _Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)_
- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills._
- _Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change._
- _Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted._
- _Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines._
- _The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company_
- _Lean Six Sigma Certification(s)_
- _Insurance Designation_
- _Excellent command on Excel spreadsheets, MS word and internet from day-to-day operations delivery standpoint_
