We are looking for a Customer Care Executive

Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai


Key Responsibilities -

  • Engage with customers via phone, offering effective solutions and assistance.
  • Swiftly resolve inquiries about our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Play a pivotal role in gathering valuable feedback to drive continuous improvements

Qualifications -

  • Expert proficiency in English communication.
  • Minimum education of 12thgrade from an accredited board.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
