Roles and Responsibility

Job Description -

Responsible for maintaining a standard image provided by the corporate office on user laptops, desktops and peripheral devices.
Conduct remote troubleshooting, asking targeted questions to diagnose problems. Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
Address user tickets regarding hardware and software.
Guide users with simple, stepbystep instructions.
Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
Maintaining overall End User Asset inventory, responsible for receiving hardware, shipping hardware, hardware decom and disposal.
Knowledge of Windows OS & O36
Report customer feedback.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must, document processes and to communicate effectively within the team.
Must be able to operate with mínimal supervision.
Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
