Store Incharge

Job Summary:

The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient functioning and maximum customer satisfaction.

They are tasked with managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Store Incharge must uphold company policies and procedures while driving sales and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Oversee merchandise displays and ensure they are visually appealing and effectively promote sales.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue generation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including stockrooms and backoffice areas.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to optimize store operations and promotions.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and productivity among staff.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
