Wego is looking for a finance associate with experience in Travel Agency Reconciliation to join our team.

As a finance associate with credit card reconciliation experience, you will be responsible for:

Performing daily and weekly reconciliation of flights/hotels/activities suppliers
Handling the Lowcost Carrier reconciliation and reporting
Handling the Payment gateway/PSP reconciliation
Handling the Virtual Credit Card reconciliation and reporting
Handling Airline BSP reconciliation/payments and statement
Following up with stakeholders on reconciliation discrepancies
Providing regular reports in relation to account reconciliation status and discrepancies as well as system malfunction or/ and abnormal events
Identifying and report areas of improvement on ongoing processes
Managing ad hoc controlling duties or project assignments regarding data reconciliation or business performance
Booking the supplier invoices & payments into the accounting system in a timely basis
Assisting in monthend closing accounting & preparation of audit schedules
Other adhoc duties

You would require:

2 years of working experience in a travel Industry position in accounting / finance environment
Must have knowledge about ADM/ACM/PLB target and GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus)
Degree in Finance/ Accounting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Can do approach, selfmotivated, take ownership and issue management techniques.
